Founder

Ritesh Bawri is an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He was President University of Michigan Alumni Association (2011-14) and is currently Member of the Alumni Board, Ross School of Business. He was a member of the Board EO Kolkata 2011, 2012 and 2017. He served on a committee to set up a digital platform, Prasar Bharati. He also served on the Board of Ujjivan as a nominee of FMO.

Malvika

Co-Founder

Malvika Bawri is an MBA from Pepperdine University, California. She is the Founder of Diduce, a software startup based out of Silicon Valley and India. She is the Co-Founder of Think India Foundation, a premier non-profit, apolitical think tank, focused on policy research on areas that impact India’s future. Think India’s mission is to identify and research these critical areas, and draft-policy documents to shape legislation in India. Think India works closely with all branches of the Government, institutions, and individuals to help apply their knowledge in shaping the Industry in India. She holds various patents on search in her name.

Vinay

Co-Founder

Vinay Bawri is the Founder of Diduce Technologies, a software startup based out of Silicon Valley. He is an inventor and an innovator who has developed algorithms and processes that radically transform search. He has been granted a patent by the USPTO and has several patents pending in the United States. He was the former Joint Managing Director of Calcom Cements, one of the largest cement companies in North-East India. He was part of the core team that built Calcom into a multi million dollar company. He spent the last ten years building and running cement plants in East India.

Anmol

Director

Anmol Nayyar is an entrepreneur and investor with fifteen years of experience in the UK and India. Anmol is currently a partner at DMI Finance, which is a leading diversified Pan-India financial services firm headquartered in Delhi. Prior to this he was a founding partner of several financial services platforms, including IC2 Capital and INDEU Capital in Private Equity, and Bryan Garnier India in Investment Banking. He has originated, advised and managed over US 5 billion of assets during this period. He started his career as a lawyer at Ashurst in London where he helped build a globally leading India practice. Anmol has roles as an investor, board member and advisor with businesses in India and the UK.

Pradip

CEO

Pradip Bansal is a C.A., C.S. with 25 years of experience in fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, project management, supply chain and operations in manufacturing industries. He is credited with having arranged India’s first cross-border guarantee backed credit enhancement and the first private equity investment in North East India. He understands customer problems and unique ways of solving them.

Prof. Lamberton

Advisor

Professor Lamberton’s research focuses on consumer behavior, from both an individual and socially-embedded perspective. Beginning with her dissertation work, Cait and her co-authors have researched the ways in which consumers respond to varying assortment sizes and organizations. She has also conducted research on consumers’ own categorization tendencies, studying the ways in which they may be motivated to categorize items differently in the interest of their own restriction or indulgence goals. New research explores consumer behavior at an interpersonal and societal level.

Prof. Zhang

Advisor

Professor Zhang received her doctorate in Marketing from Harvard Business School in 2016. She is interested in studying competitive marketing strategies using empirical models including industrial organization. Her research focuses on business-to-business marketing, multi-channel marketing, and digital marketing. She has presented research at the INFORMS Marketing Science Conference and the Marketing Dynamics Conference. She teaches statistical programming in the MS Marketing Analytics program and marketing research in the undergraduate program.

Prof. Feinberg

Advisor

Professor Feinberg’s research examines how people make choices in uncertain environments. His work focuses on using statistical models to explain complex decision patterns, particularly involving sequential choices among related items (e.g., brands in the same category) and dyads (e.g., people choosing one another in online dating). He also works in mathematical psychology, Bayesian econometrics, dynamic programming, as well as models of advertising and consumer variety-seeking. He is Co-Editor of Marketing Science and formerly Senior Editor for Marketing at Production and Operations Management and Associate Editor at Journal of Marketing Research,. With Tom Kinnear and Jim Taylor, he is author of Modern Marketing Research: Concepts, Methods, and Cases
